HOW DO WE BECOME WHO WE ARE?
The journey of Swiss singer-songwriter Mira Lora shows that when we surrender to the flow of life, we eventually arrive at ourselves.

After engaging in politics, studying economics, and working as a business consultant, Mira Lora was unexpectedly discovered by a music manager - thanks to her distinctive voice featured in a Swiss TV documentary about rural life. A magical moment that turned her whole world upside down.

She began traveling between Berlin and London, writing songs with artists like Niklas Paschburg, Mya Audrey, and Pablo Nouvelle, and opening for acts such as Patent Ochsner, Veronica Fusaro, and Philipp Fankhauser. Her debut EP Unleashed, released in November 2023 and co-produced by Niklas Paschburg, received airplay on national Swiss radio stations like SRF 3, SRF Virus, and RTR. Unleashed led to an invitation to the Montreux Jazz Festival Residency 2023, appearances at festivals such as Stars in Town Schaffhausen, BScene Festival, and Summerstage Basel, and a support slot for Kadebostany at a sold-out show at Club GRETCHEN in Berlin.

Shortly after, Mira Lora relocated to Berlin - and entered a new phase of personal and artistic growth. She parted ways with the manager who had discovered her and began to uncover who she truly is and what she genuinely needs. She started writing new songs, set to be released from summer 2025 onwards - music that is more vulnerable, bolder, and darker: a dance with her own shadows.
She began weaving in mystical in-between worlds,
landscapes she has felt at home in since
childhood - places where aliveness
and impermanence
gently meet.

Today,
Mira Lora increasingly integrates her music with ceremonial work, guiding others through rites of passage and moments of transformation. Her songs and her rituals spring from the same source - a deep desire to reconnect people with who they truly are. She has let go of the need to please everyone - and shows us that authenticity is the most powerful gift we can offer the world.

Her genre Existential Earth Pop blends the mystical power of Norwegian artist AURORA, the grounded tenderness of Polish pianist Hania Rani, and the emotional introspection of British trio London Grammar - with a hint of Björk’s fearless spirit, always ready to break her own boundaries.
